a Child's Self Esteem

What gets tricky is when we want to ensure that a child's self-esteem is in tack today AND for the rest of her life.

That's simply too large of a request.  Here's why.

First -- Self-esteem fluctuates in us all, therefore self-esteem will not ALWAYS be in tact.

Second -- Building healthy self-esteem takes time and is not a quick fix that occurs in one moment.

Thirdly --  Maintaining self-esteem requires daily attention because it's a never-ending (and lovely) journey we all travel.

Be take heart.  There is a simple solution to the lifelong challenge of building and maintaining positive self-esteem in kids.

Small Persistent Action.  Yep.... that's it.  I like to call it SPA.

SPA might be small and simple, but it is also very powerful and life-changingBuilding Self-Esteem in Kids

FACT!  People who take small persistent action, with consistency, make progress.

People who do NOT take small persistent action tend to flounder.  Consider this: Most people sit around wanting to create change or dream of change or wait for a mother-load of some sort to fall into their laps and change their life forever.  Well, guess what happens? These people sit and wait and dream and wish their lives away.  In the meantime, life IS passing them by.

Try applying SPA to building self-esteem in your child.  I like to say, "Take SPA today with your kid!"

Sounds fun, doesn't it?  Try it.  YOU will get results with SPA IF you are consistent.  Remember Small Persistent Action over time pays off big time.

Get started today and begin forming the healthy habit of building self-esteem one small step at a time, day-by-lovely-day!

Here's to improved self-esteem in your child...
