Gratitude is one of the most powerful emotions in the human experience. It is also one of the greatest journaling topics. Gratitude is my standby journal topic if I’m ever feeling stuck, short on time, or just plain old in a funk!
You are invited to try this gratitude experiment: Sitting where you are, look around and identify at least 15 things for which you are grateful.
Yes! YOU can find 15 things to be grateful for without leaving your seat!
Be sure to free your mind so that you can see and list even the most seemingly insignificant thing such as the floor (or earth) beneath your feet.
This gratitude experiment is especially useful on those difficult and challenging days we all have from time to time.
