You must be brave, however, and be willing to travel the many roads that your journaling will take you on.
But what are you to do when your journal keeping takes you to a road where you don’t know what to write?
Here are two very simple and powerful journaling tips to help you when you get that stuck feeling. Check them out, use them and leave a comment and let me know what you think about them or how they worked for you!
Journal Writing Tips When You Feel Stuck
Journaling Tip #1
Start your entry by writing “I have no idea what to write about and really don’t know what to say…” Then just keep writing whatever comes to your mind even if it’s more about how you do not know what to write about. Challenge yourself to write at least two paragraphs about how you are feeling and how stuck you are.
Journaling Tips #2
Begin by writing “Today I am at a loss for words…” Again, let whatever flows next be your journal entry for that day. Beware to not judge your writing and to accept that anything you decided to write down in your journal is good enough just as it is.
May these journaling tips help you to continue along in your journal adventures and to continue to build and improve your self-esteem as you continue to tap into the truth of your thoughts and feelings. Being connected to your authentic self will always help you to feel better about who you are, and that’ an awesome thing!
Wishing you happy journaling today and always…
